About the Job

We’re hiring a passionate full time Junior SEO Specialist to work in our Brisbane office who can easily slide into our close team environment. If you’ve always wanted an opportunity to work across a wide range of clients with guidance and training from a Senior SEO Specialist, then this is the perfect role for you.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Up to 12 months of experience in SEO or in a similar digital role or internship
  • Have a degree in (or still be studying) Marketing/Communications  
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desirable but not necessary  
  • Wonderful attention to detail when it comes to English and grammar (both written and verbal)
  • Be comfortable speaking in front of clients as on occasion you will be asked to attend meetings
  • Some knowledge of platforms such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or show a strong willingness to learn on the job
  • Ability to learn quickly, both in a group and independently
  • A problem-solving mind that gets a kick out of fixing issues for clients
  • Proficient working knowledge of Excel and be able to execute formulas which make your job quicker and easier

As this is a Junior role, we do not expect expert level SEO knowledge, but rather a strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge within the right environment. This job would be ideal for a recent graduate or current student who is ready to kick-start their SEO career!
