The biggest challenge previously encountered by Tankworks had been streamlining their online tank creation tool, the Size-a-lator. They struggled to make this tool accessible and easy to user across all devices. Klyp’s Technical Audit also identified a need for more product-focussed and educational content to be integrated into the website.
The Solution
Through in-depth discovery sessions, we analysed Tankworks and their competitors, allowing Klyp to fully understand the issues and various solutions we could use to resolve them. The information gained through these sessions allowed us to develop strong concepts which solved Tankworks’ issues.
The Outcome
Klyp made a complex customisable system simple. The new and improved Size-a-lator allows users to choose completely customise their ideal tank, from tank style and size, right down to number and position of fittings. Tankworks now have a valuable tool which will increase online conversions and increase the number of quotes received.
