Klyp worked with Careers Australia, Queensland’s largest provider of training, to overhaul their website and provide a new interface hinged on strong user experience and consistent brand experience.
Klyp delved deep into analysis of existing website data to define the user experience process. This analysis and a technical audit revealed a broken and complicated customer journey, meaning that the Careers Australia website wasn’t performing as well as it could.
The Solution
By analysing shortcomings of the existing website, Klyp were able to re-design the customer journey. Smart UX and UI design decisions allowed Klyp to create a fresh look for the Careers Australia website - a design that’s backed up by solid research and resonates with users.
A key pain point identified by our analysis was the complexities involved in searching for a course. The design and testing process determined that “natural” language search to be the most effective strategy to enhance UX by getting users to courses that interest them, faster.
