All work is set up as a task in our Project Management System. Any time you need anything changed, the time gets logged to a dedicaed task.
Valid For 12 Months
Our prepaid maintenance packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Notifications
As you get close to running out of hours we will notify you and organise a top up.
Electronic Record
We maintain records of all maintenance undertaken under your agreement. At any time you can request to see a report of these logs.
